Just a bit of holiday shopping, a pearl necklace and earrings or 2 from Halong Bay, silk stitched painting and a lacquer painting. Will post pictures later as they are wrapped.

Jen I can take some pics from FB if you like and post them on the forum.

Glad you are having fun.

I love the shopping. It is very important that some of us keep the economy buoyant. :D :D :D

Knew I shouldn't have come to this thread ;D. Came to confess that the Save with Jamie cookbook fell into my shopping bag today. I really like Jaimie and his attitude to food. Now I'm off to check out those lovely ice cream containers  ;D ;D ;D

I wouldn't say they are a large container though. It didn't fit my fave Salted Caramel icecream,  but it will fit the blueberry icecream that I am posting today. I wouldn't mind getting another couple of different colours. I happened to pick mine up from a little kitchen place inside the Sth Melbourne markets.

I had the day off to attend appointments in the city. So I went to Myers at Gallaria and they had 4 sets of the S&P Fifth Avenue tumblers I was looking for. DW is happy she now has tumblers to match the wine glasses.  I am happy I won;t have to hear her lamenting that her glassware does not match.  ;D

I just ordered this...have been meaning to for ages and finally have done it!  :D

I have three - using batters of different colors/flavors, you can make "pinwheel" cupcakes (or larger cakes) and I have also make "polka-dot" cakes with contrasting colors of cake batter.  In one case, chocolate cake with pink polka-dots...
