Not particularly impressed with Williams Sonoma at Bondi at the moment.  May 8 I at last received a confirmation that my order had been received - website indicated items all ready for shipping - and not a word since - not even a response to an email I sent them several days ago . . .   Good old PoK sends out their orders almost before you can turn around!!

Even up here. I have ordered on line a POK on Sunday  and it is here on Friday. Once on a Thursday after a weekend shopping on line. Wonderful service.

That's pretty unacceptable Mich!!  I wonder if the systems are not properly set up... Or the staff aren't trained properly .. Certainly not a great start IMO!

Actually it was only 2 Sundays ago that I was down there. I filled in a card with email etc. and haven't heard a peep.

Doesn't really matter. I can live without the things I ordered and will stick with POK, kitchenware direct and Victoria's Basement.
Still plenty of online shops to keep me busy.  ;D ;D ;D
