Yes might do them Uni. I have the mince done in the freezer, only need to make Taco sauce. Have all the salad chopped from last night. Easy, yes thanks Uni :)

Went to Tamworth yesterday for the Biggest Morning Tea. Did some shopping whilst down there.
School jacket for DS and scarf for me (Target had 30% off)
Newcastle Knights beanie for (DS) Best & Less 30% off)
Some socks for DH
2 pairs of work pants (reduced from $60 to $20 at Rockmans) and a shirt (reduced too)
A lovely candle holder at Dusk (reduced)

I did . I broke off  the long bit with the bud and stuck it in the garden. Mind you I have plenty of ginger plants but I don't know if you can  eat the roots but this one I know I can it it takes off and it probably  will.

It is sooooo yummy. Hot and sweet at the same time. I really want to preserve it. Any ideas? It does not need peeling at  all.

I just stuck it in the ground here. Can anyone tell me the name of the white flower. It was a gift yesterday.

My spatula and brush set arrived today from Helene. After the pate knife debacle (refer to oops photos) I will be able to put it to good use.
