Thank you. Must try it. I could have used the whey from the paneer. Next time I will.

I was pleased with the paneer. I'll post a review of it. It doesn't really have any taste at all, although after tasting it I wanted another try. I marinaded it in Tikka paste for about an hour and then cooked it for 20 minutes or so, mixed with a bit of yoghurt and ate it. It takes up other flavours well.

They are really cute little ones Judy.  Mine were about 1½-2 inches across. Barely more than a mouthful.

Hope it all went well Judy.
I made some of farfallina's daisy bread yesterday. It is lovely. Tonight is some sort of chicken dish in the TMX, I have just made ILB chocoate cake and before that I tried my hand at making some Paneer from the Indian book. I hope it goes well.

Chit Chat / Re: Freezer Meals

Bella, I don't know if I am much help but I put just about all meat type dishes into the freezer. As long as they are eaten with 3 months or so I don't have any trouble. Sometimes potato goes mushy but I just stir it in. It's usually leftovers from our meals.
Judy may be able to help you more.

I made a half mix Farfallina and was thrilled with the way they turned out. The rolls were just the right size for having with soup. The leftovers have been put in the freezer for tonights soup.  I even made the rice flour in the TMX. I was pleased with the rolls size. I just had the scales there and dropped each piece of dough on them.

Oops, I should have turned them so that you couldn't see the one that wasn't rolled properly.
