GF Orange Sponge Cake

This was nice too...

Serves 6
Ingredients
200g sugar
3 eggs
1  whole juicy orange (no pips)
100g butter
1 yoghurt or 100g milk
1 sachet of baking powder (GF)
pinch salt
200g fine corn flour

Preheat oven to 180º
Make icing sugar, 30 seconds speed 9.
Add eggs and orange cut into 8, Blitz 30 seconds speed 9 and then program 1 minute 37º speed 2
Add remaining ingredients and mix a few seconds speed 4.
Place in greased tin and bake 30 mins

great little recipe - like the idea of yoghurt in there ( could also use that yoghurt that didn't yog)
