Then perhaps you had better not go to the demo Margaret, you might end up wanting one!

Hands full with Mum having ‘moments’ with her shoulder problem so having to stay longer to settle her before I leave. She settles down by the time I take her to the dining room thank goodness.

Your poor dear Mum Judy. Do you think she is worried about falling again?
A summer’s day here today. It is got to 31.

No, she’s in a wheelchair and doesn’t attempt to get out cookie. She just wants to free her arm but also has a UTI so that makes them cranky too.

UTI's are a real pain. Mum used to have them too. A friend whose Mum is also in care and about the same age as your Mum and MIL really has problems with them. They actually make her go quite loopy (a good medical term) for several weeks. MIL suffers from them too. It is so co9mmon someone should do some research into why and how to stop them.
A very close friend who lived in her own home until she was about 89 used to fall over and not be able to get up when she had them. She wasn't even aware she had a UTI.

Beautiful Spring day.  No wind , sunny.
Feel for the old dears as well as those looking after them.
Melbourne family visited on Sunday.  Lovely to see them.  DS checked all the batteries in the Smoke alarms.

Cookie I’ve deleted him. I thought he’s just wanting people to visit his instagram account.

Going to be a roaster of a day here today, even hotter over in Judy's neck of the woods, then back to cold and wet tomorrow and for the weekend!
