Title: Dietary Restrictions and Substitutions

I came across this chart of substitutions (http://www.nowfoods.com/Foods/Living-Now/Living-With-Allergies/dietary-restrictions-infograph.htm) and thought many of our members may find it interesting.  I must be honest, I haven't had a chance to check it out thoroughly myself as time is tight right at the moment, but I think it has some excellent ideas.
