I ground the Garlic infuse Coconut into powder using the TMX.

These look tasty Chookie. Sadly DH won't even try them as they have coconut in them. I think he can taste even a teaspoon of it. I like to use coconut milk or cream with some of my curries, he always says 'this has got that funny taste in it!'

That is a shame Cookie.  You could probably replace the Coconut with ground Almonds.
