I've never tried any of her recipes. I think it may be time to try some.

Thanks for the link GF - I'll have to spend some time browsing the recipes.

I used to watch her show on Foxtel and her food always looks nice.  She lives is a beautiful part of New Zealand and the scenery is magnificent.

Her recipes are simple and good. 
I always add thyme to my chicken and mushroom pies.
