You can add some more stock when reheating the prawn risotto INAID, that will loosen it.

Thanks Judy. I think it's just an all over fail though. The taste isn't there. Not enough garlic I don't think and the wine I used didn't offer enough flavour. That and using crappy chicken stock cubes to use them up meant a pretty tasteless dish. I'm not sure how to save it. Add homemade sweet chilli and roll arancini balls? :/

Savoury muffins for the freezer, slow cooker topside of beef with porcini mushrooms for dinner and CP's mums pineapple cheesecake slice for my mum to take home.  ;)

Minced chicken, mung beans (glass noodles), carrot, zucchini, bean sprouts, coriander, spring onions, chilli, sweet chilli sauce, oyster sauce, lime juice. It's from a diabetic cookbook and they roll half the quantity of mixture to what I used into rice paper but I had some filo pastry to use up so went with that option.  I did all the chopping in the TMX .

They look great Judy.

I'm having my day off today instead of Friday this week. Today I've made some tomato, basil & garlic bread converted from a recipe I found on a blog. If it tastes nice, I'll post the recipe. I have some beef cheeks in the slow cooker for tomorrow night, and tonight I'm making fresh pasta using the KitchenAid pasta attachments I got for my birthday. I'm trying to recreate a crab pasta dish my DH enjoyed in Melbourne recently.

Love the look of those Katie.  On such a miserable, cold, wet day as we have today there is nothing nicer than being in the kitchen producing something like that.

The bread looks great, Katie!

Is it easy and fast making pasta with the KitchenAid attachment? I've never made pasta before and I'd like to try. But the cost of the attachment is stopping me. If it takes too long it would turn into a white elephant.

Thanks BZB!
I made the pasta dough in my TMX and roll and cut it into spaghetti using the KA attachments. They were really easy to use, much easier than the manual pasta machine. My spaghetti wasn't perfect, but I was happy with it. I'm sure with practice I'll get better at it.
