Made cashew mayo in TMX5 from The Rainbow Recipe Book. Absolutely delicious. A tad thin for sandwiches but a great dressing.

Would anyone make Baileys ice cream with 100ml if the bottle said best before Oct 2010? Having a little taste, it sort of tastes the same but there's maybe a slightish decline. It's not going to be heated during the recipe. I'm thinking to just use it cost maybe I maybe imagining things - doesn't alcohol kill bugs? (or make them drunk)

I would definitely use the baileys.
Den, love those baskets. I've got a press that I've only used once should really get it out.
