Sarah, nice to hear from you. Do what is important.  Those of us mums who have worked, understand.

Pop on when you can Sarah, life is so hectic for most people these days.
It looks as if you've been busy Michele, enjoy your craft room.
I can understand DH's disappointment Michele, I only saw the NZ anthem played once at the services I saw on TV yesterday.

Dr visit this morning for more scripts.  We had a long wait as some one had a bad turn or something. There was plenty of reading matter to keep us occupied.

The sewing day yesterday with the GDs was huge success, both went home with finished garments.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I went shopping with DS today. We visited a local garden center and had a good look around.I bought four tomato plants to plant in handing baskets.I will have to keep them sheltered as it snowed driving on the way home from DS house LOL.

I did the same with a couple of roses that had sentimental value. The transferred very well.

We went out and bought a treadmill today. DH and DD usually go for evening walks but it is getting dark too early now. She went alone the other night about 6 and came home swearing she wouldn't go alone ever again. We all hope to use it so it won't be a waste of money. (I hope) A friend has had one for many years and it gets 2 hours use  a day and is still going strong, so we bought the same brand.

Good idea cookie, it's not safe walking out there on your own at night.  Where will you put it?

DH is assembling it in front of the TV in the theatre. We usually watch TV in the family room so that will be good. It is certainly taking a lot of assembling.

Cookie, good idea with the tread mill. I have one and it is a good idea to put it in front of tv.  Not used as much as I should in the Summer as I like to be outside, but very good in the winter.
More work in the garden today, with a bit of luck it might rain.
Out for dinner tonight, DD birthday.

Happy birthday to both of your kids Chookie & Denise, Jo's is on the 7th so we all had our children around the same time.
