Kali Ma - It was delish. Thank you so much. Will def be made again.

Georgie - mmm, this is great! Added a bit extra everything (except the sambal oelek - only used 1/2 tsp of that) so that there was enough for us & to send over to my friend. Thanks for a great recipe; I can see this becoming a favourite.
Update - did a tweak on this one tonight - sliced pork fillet instead of chicken, and broccoli & celery but no zucchini. Tastes great!

Lucyloo - Made this for my DH and he gave it the thumbs up!

RoxyS - Made this the other night and served it with rice noodles and everyone enjoyed it. Thanks Judy. We will definitely make it again it is so easy and tasty.

mmmm sounds delish. Not enough days in the week to try everything I want to- and if I'm not careful I forget what it was I wanted to try. :-\ :-\

How much soy? Its not in the ingredients list. And do we add the chilli paste at the same time as the other liquids or did you add at the end to taste?
Planning this one tomorrow night.  ;D

Sorry again Kali Ma - had notes everywhere and did a very poor job of getting them all together for this recipe.  Think it is all there now.  Shouldn't taste much different without the ginger but it would certainly add to the lovely flavours if you decide to do it another time.

This would probably freeze ok wouldn't it?

Am searching for a freezable tomato-free meal to make for a friend - how spicy does this one end up being?

I would think it would be quite suitable for freezing Georgie and as far as the spice goes, perfect for us but just cut down on the sambal oelek to 1/2 teaspn if your friend isn't into spicy. Gave my 87 year old Mum some leftovers the other day and she didn't complain about it being too spicy and I had used 1 tspn in that one.
