I just made Vege stock concentrate. Now I am making blue cheese and spinach polenta. I have posted the recipe here.

Both the chicken Chasseur and chocolate sauce pudding both from here were lovely. DH and DS were very happy. Coconut cake ready for visitors on Thursday.

How many recipes are there on the forum?  It blows me away sometimes. I feel sorry for TM owners who have no access to the Internet :(

I've just popped onto this thread for my regular catch up and thought I would start at page 560 only to read this post at the top of the page:

"At least it is keeping you supple Dede - don't think I could cock my leg up in the air too long'

I've got to say, my mind went into overdrive.  Cheered me up no end to read it completely out of context!

It's actually 46 hours not 20 something.
Bugger I was enjoying 20 something hours.
