I made these again on Saturday - this time I converted all the cups to grams - a cup of white chocolate pieces just floored me - 150gm was the weight I used and I think the oats were 220g (recipe on my home pc).
I don't often make biscuits so it is nice to have a quick and easy recipe to impress visitors. Mine made 32 cookies.

I did the same this week, though my oats came out at 150g so I think I had better recheck that one!!  ???

The converter sites say 180g= 2 cups US - I will check my recipe at home and reweigh as well. Delicious anyway!

Made these this morning, fantastic recipe - have written it on a recipe card, definite keeper. 2 cups of oats was 150g for me and a cup of chopped up white choc was close enough to 110g. I used judy dawn's tip and dusted the craisins and white choc in flour before adding, mixed 30sec on interval speed.

My cookies must have been quite large, only got 25  :P

Haven't made these yet and the bickie barrel is neatly empty. Looks like these are next on the list ;)
