Requested by DS.  Sausages, potato bake, baby carrots & broccolini.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We had Kedgeree from Cookidoo. It was all done in the thermomix. Rice in the basket, eggs in the Varoma bowl and fish in the top of the Varoma.

My friend loves pork belly. Never cooks it for herself. I’m using Judy’s method . We are having mashed potatoes, roast pumpkin tomato zucchini and onion bake , beans and carrots, apple sauce and gravy . Leftover Apple novel pudding from my blog.

Yesterday we delivered cakes my friend had made to the canteen at the Canoe Polo. We were given a sausage , onion in a slice of white bread for lunch. . Yes just like Bunnings.
Most of the food was donated and given out free to whoever wanted it. It was very wet. Heavy rain.
For dinner, leftovers of pork belly etc.

I was planning on a meat pie but I can't be bothered, so it's going to be a chicken stir fry with rice.

As I have mentioned before, I’m having trouble cooking for one. However last night I cut a recipe into 1/4. It worked and was delicious. The recipe was from CSIRO Lo Carb  easy 100. It was Salmon with cherry toms and a corn salad. It was the little tweaks that made it so tasty. The fresh corn had walnuts added and was charred in a little oil. The salmon was dusted with paprika and also cooked in a spray of oil. The toms had parsley and dill added. I gave this recipe 10/10
