Our new budgie sits on someone’s shoulder most of the day. I just carry on, but I have to get him used to the vacuum.  He’s scared of it at the moment. Saves me having to vacuum!

I agree with the no chocolate Hot Cross Buns Chookie. The only changes I will make is no glaze and no crosses. Ionlyput the crosses on when it’s Easter. I see the shops have all sorts of Hot Cross Buns.

Not fun Chookie. People have nothing better to do. The Nasho Fair Go Facebook page has had quite a few posted. Fortunately the guy that runs it is pretty good.

I did my grocery shopping today.

I went and had an ultra sound this afternoon. If my chest wasn’t hurting before I went it sure was after. Hopefully it’s all clear.

It was 40° here today so we had Little mince balls with beetroot and a beetroot, walnut and feta salad. (I bought the salad from Woolworths)

Cookie do you mean Helicobacter Pylori, it’s very common and many people test positive to it (me being one) but many more don’t even know they have it until they get symptoms. It will show up in a blood test but  test is simple (a breath test) and they give you antibiotics. I also had to have an endoscopy.

Yes Judy. I remember when you had it. DH has had it too. It was a doctor at Royal Perth hospital that discovered the cure. Barry Marshall. He received the Nobel prize for it.

My brother has just bought himself a Baccaraat bread machine. It was quite expensive. I told him he should have bought a thermomix.
I made some muesli bar slices today. It’s nice, not sweet. I will put the recipe up.
