I'm sure it will all be up now Judy. There may be a few hiccoughs along the way but hopefully they will be small ones.
DD had said she wanted to work on some papers she and others were presenting this morning so we wouldn't be going out! That didn't last long and we went shopping and had a coffee.

LOL cookie.
Yes it seems the way I’m going cookie, today I’ve rejigged the fridge freezer and made fruit muffins, not that I can eat them but I felt like cooking something.  For tea I thought I’d try a microwaved jacked white potato topped with tuna mornay and roasted mashed sweet potato. My specialist had told me I wouldn’t be able to eat potato just yet as it was too starchy but I felt confident - he was right though, the dear man knows everything LOL.

You have to try, though, Judy, if you are yearning to eat one specific thing then it is worth giving it a go.  I hope there were no unwanted side effects.

Judy, that is interesting.  However you seem to have regained your interest in cooking.  That is good.
It is going to be very warm today.  28 degrees.  I gave the garden a good soak last night.

My interest in cooking was short lived as this morning I’ve tidied up the big freezer, I’ve now sorted it into cooked meals, raw meat, fruit then odds and ends.  I found I have 2 very full and heavy drawers of cooked items but did end up with the smaller bottom one free.  No point cooking when I’ve still go so many packs of food I can eat right now in there.

Judy, job well done. I haven’t any pre prepared item in freezer at the moment.
Need to make bread again today. Gave most of last lot away. Cook biscuits.

We had a nice day at the party yesterday.  It was lovely to have all the family together again.

I bet it was Margaret. We have some new virus cases here in SA so we’re hoping they won’t be wanting to delay opening our border on Dec 1st.

The border closure will be so disappointing for you, Judy, hopefully the kids will be able to get home to see you soon.

Isn't it frightening how quickly COVID can spread.- 3 last night had risen to 17 this morning.  It must be a nightmare for the prison officers with COVID in there, it will spread like wildfire.

We can’t rest with this Virus.  Just when we think we can relax a bit, it raises its ugly head.
We have a very busy weekww ahead.didn’t want to cook today but thought I had better be prepared.  Macadamia and Choc chip Surprise biscuits and Dedes Date and Walnut cake.

We drove down to a small country town south of Perth. Boyup Brook. It’s a lovely little town. We wanted to see through their museum as DH has taken a liking to country town museums. However it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. https://www.boyupbrook.wa.gov.au/

Today we drove from Boyup Brook to Peaceful Bay. We haven’t been down here for about 35 years. DH hopes to catch a King George whiting from the beach. It isn’t a town as such, just a caravan park, shop and a few houses. Very quiet and peaceful.

We have spent another day at Peaceful Bay. It has been beautiful. I forgot how much I liked this place. This morning we went for a walk along the beach. Half way along it started to pour. We waited a while but it didn’t stop, so we decided to continue on. We were drenched, but we thought it was hilarious. No use in worrying about it.

What a lovely spot cookie, it sounded like you two kids had so much fun on your walk along the beach LOL.
