What an amazing loaf - the finished, uncut, loaf looks like it is on fire internally, it positively glows!  How does it taste?

This  has got to be one of the best things about this forum .  I'd never even attempted making bread or a lot of other things even after getting a TMX.... It's all been due to the generous and spirited encouragement  here :)

OMG CC fantastic food. That soup looks great and the mushroom wellies to die for. I was thinking along those lines but now I can't compete!
