Suzanne they look lovely. Well done. I adore the plate too.
I caught up on some necessary cooking yesterday. Vegie stock, raspberry cordial, bread etc.
we had a different cauliflower/ broccoli cheese last night so I will post the recipe.

That looks yum, Uni.

I just made another batch of 'Nigella's choc chip muffins.' The girls are full of compliments now too - "bestest mum ever" "oh you are such a nice mum" "would you like a hug and kiss?" :-* "thanx mum, we love you" ........worth the (very minimal) effort  :D :D :D

I love the slits in the bread Uni. I really must practise this.

When your children say lovely things Astarra it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. They sound so sweet.

that bread looks great Uni, what recipe did you use?

Astarra, the girls are soo cute and fingerpaint is definitely cooking  :-))

After saying I was making nothing yesterday I ended up making coconut milk, whtie and brown rice and the red chicken curry from the EDC.

Today I'll just be making smashed potatoes to go with a freezer meal.
