Pork scotch fillet with tarragon butter, cooked on a BBQ at the caravan park, served with fried rice, capsicum (DH PAID $7 for one capsicum!!!) and cucumber  Served with a nice Margaret River white.  The kids have done the dishes too.  :)
:o $7 for the capsicum ,thats highway robbery

Yes Hally flight home leaves Singapore at 7.30 tonight.

Either roast pork or the pork ragu in FFS.

Last night was bafs chicken with lemon/cashew/basil sauce



And my poorly stocked local IGA thwarted my original dinner plans, so back up Hawaiin steaks, wedges & salad instead.
.........EAT CAKE!

red capisums are $15.99 a kg at our local iga  so l only brought one it was $ 5.53 on sunday
l would not of brought it but the kids love to eat them

They're pretty exxy all year round nazar. You get a bit of a shock at the check out.
