After a full on day with the grandkids, anything went for tea tonight.  Pickled pork, I think I enjoyed it more than corned beef.

Slow cooked lamb chops with Roast potatoes, steamed corn cobbetes, carrots, peas and zucchini roulade. + gravy.  :D

Last nights dinner - chicken, bacon & sundried tomato on pasta inspired by Maddy but doesn't look near as good.

I made a curry with some of the leftover pickled pork & thawed out some garlic rice but come tea time neither of us were that hungry so we just had a pickled pork sandwich and a banana.
