We had JulieO's casserole with potatoes on it. I had made the meat part and frozen it, then tonight added the potatoes and put it in the oven. It was very nice. Thanks JulieO.

Having had a cooked lunch, we only wanted something quick and light for tea so I tried this 'More than 2 Minute Noodles' recipe which has been in my 'to do' list for ages.  I was never a fan of this type of food but I know some kids love them.  This is the healthy version.

Last night was Chicken, Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni from the forum. I had fun making it, but unfortunately mum said it was "only okay" :(

Calzone looks great Maddy :D
We've had those exact same dinner plates since mum first moved into this house about 20 years ago. We've only smashed a couple from the set :-))
I don't know what you've been doing with your crockery... :-)) ;D

Last night we went to Hog's Breath for dinner as we were filling in time while DS had a performance at school.

Tonight risotto for DS as DH had to go to Nelson Bay for the day for work. I will just have something light
