What's for Dinner Tonight?

We had a SC brisket and the gravy from it in No Fuss Rolls

Steak new potatoes and green salad , too hot for anything other than salad .

We had crumbed chicken and veggies.

Made a low fibre pasta dish. Mushrooms and steamed salmon in cream sauce with pasta. Paw paw for sweets. No salads for Ral until fully recovered.

Marinated chicken pieces, roast vegetables, cauli & broccoli.

We're having baked Ziti from RTE. It's a favourite here.

Fish cakes for lunch and grilled chicken dusted with KFC spices, potato and pumpkin for dinner. Made banana fruity dream. This low fibre diet is a bit of a challenge.

We are having roast beef and veggies tonight.

Last night we had baked potatoes in their jacket with a mixed vegetable topping, cheese & yogurt.  Tonight will be sausage rolls with baby potatoes and left over mixed vegetables from last night.

Crumbed Chicken Tenders, mashed potato and beetroot and Asparagus. Fruity dream , strawberry and banana.

Tonight is a mince pie with heaps of veggies in it and cubed potatoes on the top.
