We had roast chicken and lemon fluff from the golden wattle SS cookbook.
It was good.... And well fluffy...  Fluffier than the lemon surprise we are used to.  ;D yummy too  ;D

Here  it is before the oven..


Forgot to photo after and there's none left.  :-))

Wow CP you meal sounds great. We'll be having pork fillet done somehow tonight - I forgot I defrosted them  :-\

DJ, that lemon fluff brings back childhood memories. I should dig out the recipe and make it for my kids.
Michelle, we were just discussing potato bake tonight and yours looks yummy.
I spent the day finishing my very difficult jigsaw of an exploding TARDIS in the style of Vincent Van Gogh that I got for Christmas and doing a little gardening. I had no clue what it cook for dinner and time was marching on. Thank goodness for my thermie as I whipped together a  Christmas  ham risotto in no time at all. Phew!

It looks great ES and so does your potato bake Michele.  I don't remember lemon fluff BZB - maybe it was a recipe before my time  :-X ;)

We had corned beef and veggies in the Dream Pot. It was very nice.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
