I ended up doing the patties for lunch, they were a huge hit. So cheap and easy.
The original recipe said roll into sausages before egg and breadcrumbing, but as I have a plaster on my hand I can't do that so I made spoon patties.

What was your best seeded bread Uni, have you posted it please?

I also adapted cookies pannacotta recipe again with chocolate, orange and prunes. Here it is.

The patties and pannacotta sound great DJ :D

I got up at 5:45am to get some muffins in the oven. SD is playing at a concert today and all the players have to take a plate to share for afternoon tea :)

My muffins :)

I used auds Choc Chip Muffins recipe, just love that one ;D I didn't use choc chips though, I put an Easter egg in the middle of each muffin.

Pink = Turkish Delight
Blue = Top Deck
Green = Creme Egg
Yellow = Caramello

 :D :D

Not much cooking lately, trying to be good & empty the freezer. Made pancakes for breakfast & a batch of maddy's cheese & bacon rolls for school lunches. Going to make pasties for dinner using some leftover pastie filling I had in the freezer.
