Wow wow everyone been cooking up a storm. Well done.
Fab cupcakes Maddy. I never know which nozzle to use for piping and lakeland ones aren't numbered.
Lovely cake Amy.
Lovely cookies chookie, we will be having a quiet Easter.

We have snow here today so not sure what to cook.

We will be having fish for lunch and DH saw something on the TV that he wants me to make for his supper.
Mashed potato mixed with braised leeks, grated cheese, dipped in egg and bread crumbs and fried.  As he is recovering and on small portions I will ignore the obvious fat overload.... Maybe serve with a salad, with fruit for afters.

I wonder if you could use mixed capsicums for that jam Uni - I have no red ones left.
Nice cob loaf too.

Yes I agree, red is best but I do have some quite small yellow and green capsicums I need to use up.
