i made some crepes using 2 cups of sourdough starter when i have enough crepes i will make lasanga
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Thats a great idea Uni, what else did you mix with the starter for the crepes.

I made butter for the first time, not sure if I did it quite right, have now read some further tips to try next time.

Made roast chicken for dinner (in oven) and salad.

Oh no CP!  My sons do the exact same thing all day - except they are 2 and 5!!!  Do you mean to tell me boys never grow out of it?

Yes I thought exactly the same thing (My 3 boys are 8, 5 and 3 1/2) !! I hate to see how much our groceries will cost in a few years time, it's bad enough now !  !I'm sure the fridge door is open more than it's closed in our house !!

Miss 9 made amanda's weetbix slice and Miss 11 made instant banana ice-cream with peanuts instead of macadamia's.

Hubby made dinner for a change and washed up too ;D

2 cups starter
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt

rest for a least 1/2 hour
it was a little 2 thick after resting so  i added 5 tablespoons of milk
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Obbie, today is your big cooking day :)

Made a large spinach quiche & 2 small ham ones. Had left over pastry so wrapped some sausages in that, ds loves these.

Thats about it for today, kitchen cleaned & ready for a day out :)

I have made fudge, jam, choc caramel slice.

About to do cakes, choc slice, quiche to use up eggs ( for lunch tomorrow), soup for dinner.

Curry for tomorrow night.
