Just made Thermomixers Minestrone soup with pasta for Saturdays lunch. I am very happy with the flavour.

Astarra what are the mini quiches for.
I for some reason decided to ask visitors in for a light tea on Sunday night (what was I thinking about??  :-)) ) so the mini quiches will be part of that.  :) Will be fun tho.  :)

MF,  soup looks delish.   mini Quiches sounds nice.
Today made apple jelly from windfalls,  bottled 3 jars of apples in the Microwave and made SD Hot X Buns.  Funny shape so I obviously didn't leave them to rise long enough.
