I would like to work in your cake shop too Amy ;)

Today was my first attempt at making homemade raw chocolate. Very easy thing but am unsure about result. Will just try another piece before the verdict ;)
And another, and another........

Made these with another variation apricot and orange.
Want to try with prune but think the boys may mutiny if they had any idea...
So will have to think how to hide prunes.... In black currants maybe?

And my flapjack from here http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=320.msg270545#msg270545

With chia o, poppy, pumpkin and sunflower seeds added for extra fibre.

Will be making red cabbage and carrot coleslaw for lunch, DS cooking piece of gammon for supper.

Kimmy, maybe you should double check that chocolate again😗
DJ, I have the pan a cotta recipe on my list of recipes to try, but I keep running out of time to make it. I have been trying to find time (and cool weather) for the past two weeks to make Hally's zucchini pizza scrolls for the kids. So in between Dd's swimming carnival, and ballet class, I mixed up the dough, and whilst I was at it, some of Maddy's choc chip hot cross buns. However, they took longer to prove now that the weather is cooler, and although they were ready to bake after dinner, I had to go out to a meeting😔. I crossed my fingers, covered them with a tea towel and headed out the door. I baked them on my return, and they have worked out perfectly😊

Oh, due to quality control purposes, half a bun is missing😳

You have all been busy.

ES only a half  gone for quality control, that was will power.

All I made today was a loaf of bread.
