Fortnightly themed dinners

Well we can start in February & no pressure but one a month for each if us would be nice

Oh Hally, I'm sorry if I spoiled it for you.  I made the Za'atar the other day to be able to use in this meal.

Made the Chraimeh sauce from ' Jerusalem' today.  Converted to TMX.   Tomorrow will cook Salmon and add the sauce.  Will post recipe as The sauce is beautiful.
