i have made them again  ;D i went outside and i ended up burning them, argh.. but i did scrap off the burnt top and eat the middle striaght from the tin.. LOL.. and it still was moist and morish. LOL..

i need to start a diet too.. but i dont think it will work.

Desserts / Walnut Brownies

Name of Recipe: Walnut Brownies
Number of People: A few
Ingredients:
180grams Butter
150grams Cooking Chocolate (i use half milk, half dark)
220grams Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essense
100grams plain flour
150grams Walnuts (i have use cashews and they turned out just as good)



Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180degrees and grease 20-23cm square baking tin (i have used a rectangle one)

Place chocolate into TM bowl, and grate for 7seconds on speed 8.

Add butter and cook for 2-3 minutes at 50C on speed 3 until melted. Allow to cool to 37C

Add sugar, vanilla essence, salt and eggs and mix for 10seconds on speed 3.

Add flour and combine ingredients for 10seconds on speed 3. Add walnuts and chop for 2-3 seconds on speed 4.

Pour into baking tin and bake for approximatly 30mints at 180C.

Allow to cool in tin, and cut into squares.

Tips/Hints:

Serve as a decadent dessert with vanilla icecream and hot chocolate sauce or if your like me eat it as is.

Nice the next day aswell.

im trying to work out if this would work....there is heaps of sugar, not much flour and lots of oil..... weird...

has anyone tried it??
