This is one of my family's favorite meals tonight I used Chinese style veg added some diced fried kangaroo steak and some dulse flakes and a fair bit of smokey paprika in with onion and bacon and a little veg stock powder it was awesOme!

Not sure if this is the right place for review of Jo's quirky non-fried rice. Had a quick look and couldn't see anywhere else - but my comments would work for this recipe as well. I find this a great way to use up leftover roast. Marinate the cooked meat in some soy or hoisin and then just throw on top of the veg in the last 5 minutes to heat through.

We love Jo's non fried rice. It's always so easy to make and can easily feed a family of 7 with left overs.
