Title: TM31 timer buttons not working

Hello,

Two days ago the timer buttons (+ and -) stopped responding. Along with them the power (sleep) button doesn't work as well as the buttons for the lower temperatures (37,50,60,70).

Everything else is fine. Turbo button works, reverse spin, Varoma, 100 degrees and the scale button all respond perfectly.I can also spin the blade to any speed i wish. But my timer buttons are irresponsive and i cannot cook! The machine was a gift from Spain more than 5 years ago.

Please tell me if there is any solution i can use as i am based in Bulgaria and i don't think we have repair support here. I also made a video but cannot attach it here.

Hello Zahari, due to the fact you live in Europe may I suggest you contact Vorkerk direct http://thermomix.vorwerk.com/service/offline-services/instruction-manuals/

This forum gives help and suggestions where we can but we are not able to fix everyone's problems. You definitely have a problem that needs to be looked at by a Thermomix technician.
