Title: Quirky Cooking - Spelt Bread pg 151

Made this this afternoon to have with chicken soup.  Was a nice soft bread. I added some caramelised onions and shaped into a cobb loaf.  Was easy and quick to make.  My family all loved it.

I usually make this bread with plain four, and usuallly bread rolls instead of a loaf, and it has always come up trumps. One of the nicest softest breads I have ever made!
