Title: Choc Chip Cookies - New EDC, page 149

I made these yesterday and the dough is the yummiest cookie dough I've ever tasted!
Unfortunately, I don't like the biscuits. For me, the dough is too short, with so much butter in it. I had to refrigerate the dough before I could roll the biscuits in my hands. I like crisp biscuits.
I will try again with half the butter and only one egg next time and see how they go. The recipe makes heaps.

Made 40 today from the recipe. cp loves them. Left the dough in the fridge for 20 mins. Still looking for the dome cafe style cookies, this is not them.
