Good morning and Happy Easter to everybody but in particular to Thermomixer ;D

I will show you one of my Italian tipycal Easter cakes

It takes a lot of time to prepare them, but I'm very very proud of this if you think I used a natural yeast prepared by me.

A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
