I made Artichoke and Stilton (I used St Augur) Quiche.It was really good.
DH loved it.

I have never eaten fresh artichoke, I wouldn't even know how to peel one. Thanks for the link CC, I'm going to give it a go on Friday as we are having a farewell for one of the girls at work.

I made a zucchini pancake with a dipping sauce tonight and found some of Alyce's spicy fruit rolls in the freezer (made back in July 2013).

We are having a lemon chicken dish. It is from this week's Coles catalogue. I'm not fond of lemon things but the rest of the mob will enjoy it.

I was given some freshly caught whiting fillets, crumbed with CP's crumbs, AF pumpkin, potato, capsicum and sweet potato. Varoma farmers market beans and baby carrots.
