Chicken soup and very little else. We have had an enormous lunch and will still be bloated at dinner time.

We had the Mexican bake from the forum last night and there is enough leftover for me tonight as DH will be out on a business meeting/dinner.

Pasta Faglioli... This time I blitzed up a can of tuna in the mix as DH doesn't think he likes fish... I didn't tell him until halfway through eating it though :) he thought it was delicious :D:D:D

First recipe from the Dinner Twist box. Salmon patties with noodles.

We didn't like it as the noodles were bland. I should have listened to my instinct to add seasoning that was not stated in the recipe, but I wanted to see how it turned out if I followed the exact  recipe.

Fortunately I fried some back up noodles with beef skirt and kailan :)

I must say the salmon and peas were very fresh.

If anyone sees these pots being offered at discount price please post on the shopping thread etc as they are really fantastic and well worth getting. Food tastes unbelievable and so easy to knock up a healthy meal. i have a large size and a medium size and I got my hands on a recipe book over the weekend that I'll be using. I also think that I can use another clay pot that I bought when we got the woodfire oven for these recipes. I'm sure the tandoori oven owners may even see some benefit to the book for ideas for dishes that are put in an oven and then left.  (but I'm not an expert in that area)

I use clay pots that I bought in Singapore years ago CP and they are fantastic.
