Tonight we had chicken biryani with a bit of a twist. I bought the mix in Singapore, it was imported from India. I added quite a few veg and stired thought some cream. It was magnificent.Served with parathas and a yoghurt raita. :P :P

We had a beef roast with roast potatoes, kumara wedges, zucchini muffins, corn and gravy.

Tonight will be a whole chicken 'roasted' in my new crisp n grill microwave, with potatoes and sweet potatoes roasted around it, TM steamed veg and TM made gravy.  ;D

DJ that curry looks delicious.

We are having tuna morney as requested here tonight.   The 4 GD are going to have facials later today so dinner will be a staggered affair tonight.   This is their Christmas present from me.

All sounds and looks yum. Light meal of soup followed by Paw Paw,  as we had a filling lunch of grilled pork chops, mashed potatoes and steamed veggies, with apple sauce.
