Yes , that is the shop, Daiso. I bought small mesh bags to pop in my hand bag. Sheets of fluffy stuff that soaks up scum or oil on top of stock.
Marina, is there one in Melbourne?  This one was at Highpoint.
I think there is one downstairs on the corner of Bourke and Swanston Street - I will have to check it out.

Look what I found in an op shop this morning Chookie.  Perfect little gadget to put the lemon or cumquat pips in when I make marmalade, it will hold ample enough and can hang down through the whole in the TMX lid.

Judy, very good purchase.  I’ve got several.  All different sizes. Haven’t thought to use them in the TMX.
Yesterday made Lemon butter and 5 jars of Strawberry Conserve.  All in TMX.

I have one of those too Judy.  I use it for tea leaves if I'm the only one who wants a cuppa.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Lateral thinking there. I have a tea leaves one or two and I’ve never thought of using them in the thermomix for jams.

Last Xmas we were given an Aldi Boxed Italian fruit cake. Panattone . It was much nicer than the more expensive ones that I tasted in David Jones. Also a third of the price.  I have bought several this year to gave a presents.  They are in the shops now.

Cookie, they had 3 different ones.  I think the fruit one is best.

I had a few problems with the tea strainer girls so I ended up taking it off the chain and then I had to secure each half together with string as it came apart in the first lot of cumquat marmalade   yesterday. All good then thank goodness, it was so much easier once I worked out what needed to be done.
