One of the easiest and fastest soup recipes. It could be good option when you have little time to cook
Easy Bean and Corn Soup:
Ingredients:
250g yogurt (Turkısh or Greek kind)
30g flour
35g Thermomix Vegetable Stock Concentrate
1 litre water
300g boiled beans (I used canned)
200gr canned corns
Preparation:
* Mix yogurt, flour and TM veggie concentrate for 10 seconds on Speed 3
* Add water and cook for 13 minutes at 100ºC on Speed 2-3
* Add beans and corns. Cook for 5 minutes at 100ºC on Reverse / Speed 1
* Serve into bowls
* Drink it :)

Tips/Hints:
If you'd like, you can dress the soup in the bowls with melted butter
