They all sound delicious. We’re having a salad with cannolini beans, beetroot and I can’t remember what else

... love scrambled (or poached) eggs on toast.  I never scramble eggs in the TMX, but I poach eggs and they come out well every time.

It's 10.45 here and already 33 deg so it will be Quiche & salad tonight.

Marina gave me the recipe for poaching eggs in the TMX.  Turned out great.  Thanks Marina.

Glad it worked.  When I am poaching eggs (or boiling them as well, for that matter) I am never quite sure of the timing for cold eggs or room temperature eggs, it is always a bit 'touch and go' with me.

I have never done anything with eggs in my tmx.  Lots of people also use the AF and PM for eggs.  I haven't tried that either.

We had crumbed chicken with roast vegs and brussel sprouts tonight.

I poach my eggs in the microwave, I usually only have one and it takes around 30 seconds.

I’ve always boiled ( steamed) eggs in TMX.  This poaching was perfect or me as I don’t like them too soft.
Last night I cooked Naan in a frying pan.  Topped with eggplant dip, salad and Turkish lamb.
Tonight, chicken version as the Naan made 8.  Silly me, should have made 1/2 recipe.

DH bought an enormous chicken when we were shopping. He cut it in half and roasted half tonight. We had roast veggies with it and beans and broccoli. Fruit salad for dessert.

Cookie, I do the same with a large chicken.  Usually Vacuum pack the other 1/2.
It has turned very cold here.  Lamb shank and Barley for lunch, hamburgers for dinner.

We had pizza tonight. We seem to be able to do it quickly now. I even tried making a stuffed crust with one of them.
