Grazie Solare, ma non sono sicuro perche London ? Might be the moulds ?

The slices of bread are rolled flat and placed into the oiled moulds, then filled with the mix and sprinkled with paremsan.

Sounds interesting for me.  We don't get radicchio much in Australia, but could use witlof/endive.

These look really yummy, but the ingredients are escaping me.  What is racchio, witlof and endive?

They are leafy vegetables with slightly bitter taste.  Stracchino is a soft cheese - like cream cheese - sorry, not the cheese I was thinking it was.

Radicchio

Witlof

Sorry for London is a mistake ... I meant Parmesan
I think the endive can be a great choice, if it becomes too bitter, add a little sugar.
Bye bye

Thanks Solare - I was obviously not thinking of the correct cheese.
