Hi friends.
It's been a beautiful summers day here. Plenty warm sunshine and no wind.

Hi friends.
It's been a beautiful summers day here. Plenty warm sunshine and no wind.
About time for the weather to start getting better, although it always seems you lurch along from one beautiful day to a couple of horrible days then back to a good day.  Hope this lovely spell lasts for a while now.

Morning all.
Yesterday I was lucky to be able to snatch a few minutes from the day in Melbourne to visit Marina. Lovely. Marina gave us some home made chocolate chip cookies with corn flakes. We ate them for Pud last night. DD said they were the best biscuits of this kind that she has eaten. Well done Marina and very kind of you.
No eye injection necessary yesterday.  ;D
CC, so happy that you have had some sunny weather.

I'm glad that you didn't need an eye injection Chookie. I'm sure they aren't fun at all.

Ditto here Chookie, I hate the thought of those needles into the eye and don't know how I'd go if I had to have them. How lovely to catch up with Marina and score some cookies!

I bet you enjoyed your lovely summer's day Denise.  How terrible is that apartment block fire.

It was lovely to grab a few minutes with Chookie and Ral yesterday, they truly are gems and it is always a pleasure to have some time in their company.

Glad the cookies went down well, Chookie and very relieved that you didn't need that needle in your eye.

I watched some of the coverage of that apartment fire in London, it looked horrendous.

Hi friends.
Terrible news about the tower block fire. :'( A lot a questions now being asked about the lack of a fire alarm and sprinklers.

Another warm summers day here.
