Title: EDC new - Sangria pg 190

I made this for a BBQ a couple of weeks ago.

I made the recipe up until you had to add the lemonade, put the sangria concentrate in a bottle & took it with me. At the BBQ we just added some of the concentrate to a glass & top with lemonade ... It worked a treat & tasted lovely on a warm night 😄😢

Note: I used Pinot Noir & didn't change anything in the recipe.

I just made this to celebrate the arrival of my EDC!  I used about half the sugar and also ~ half the sugar when making the lemonade to mix in, and it was still nice and sweet.  Topped up with a bit of sparkling water from my Sodastream and it's lovely.  Only problem is the "makes 6 portions" business.  Clearly a misprint.  This is a single serving for Laura!!

Really putting me in a summery mood, which is quite a feat given that there is a whiteout of snow right now here in Toronto.  Blech.  Keep talking about the heat waves everyone else, please!

Single serve 😄 ... It is very easy to drink, no heat way tonight had to find a jumper
