Sounds like the end of your roasting hot summer, CC.
I think it is Marina. 😢

A horrible rainy day here today.

Inspiration to all of us Cookie.  I have booked an appointment with a Gastroenterologist for next week.  I have had tummy upsets.  Probably a good idea to get professional advice instead of self diagnosing.

Hope your appointment goes, well, Chookie.

After we move back into our home, hopefully sometime around the end of September / October, DH and I will be going onto Michael Mosley's 800 diet.

Thank you for your nice words. I try to be good but I do slip up. I guess the important thing is to get back up and keep going.

Chookie seeing a gastroenterologist may be a good thing. I hope they are able to help you.
Marina I admire anyone that can do the 800 diet. It would be hard work.

Morning all.
It is very cold here. 1 degree with snow flurries.
DD and GD have flown to Queensland for a long weekend.  They keep sending us photos of the beach and sunshine. Spring coming, I hope.

Good morning everyone. What a day we had here yesterday, it was the coldest I’d felt all winter.
Hopefully the gastroenterologist will get to the bottom of your tummy problems, I didn’t realise you’d self diagnosed. Do you have to go to Melbourne for this appointment?

Good morning everyone.  It has rained all night here and is very cold.  A big change from yesterday.
Chookie, I hope all goes well with your appointment.

Judy, we have a team of very good Gastroenterologists here in Ballarat.  The one I see, doesn’t have very good bedside manners but this doesn’t worry me.  Other medical professionals say he is the best.
Judy, I feel for you with the cold weather as it is usually warmer in Adelaide.  We had 2 minutes of sun today!! It was very cold.

I’m loving it ladies.  I love wearing one of my many coats and scarves and I haven’t even turned on my electric blanket this year.

Good Evening, I feel for you all with the cold weather. In Lake Macquarie  we are experiencing some lovely warm days - that's about to change though with a cold change tomorrow.

Good luck at your appointment with the Gastroenteritis Chookie.
Keep warm everyone.
Sunshine with occasional heavy showers today. DH is out trimming a rambling rose that has got out of control. I walked Chance twice today. At least it wasn’t raining both times we walked.
