Glad you like them JD.   I usually chop the nuts by hand for a better texture.  DH likes his a bit soft and chewy,  I like mine crunchy.   So I cook mine a bit more.

I love crunchy biscuits too, chookie.

I'm planning to make these for our ANZAC day commemoration, thanks for that JD!
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Megan,  I love the white chunks of macadamias,   Thermomix site has a recipe where you use the biscuit as a base for small lime tarts.   My DD uses them as a base for small cheesecake tarts.

They look great meagan.  I made some today without macadamias - because macadamias can cause problems in dogs and our dogs ALWAYS end up eating some of the bikkies.   :-)) :-)) :-))

These are simply delicious! I'm crunching on one right now. I like them crispy, so cook for 20 minutes.
