Aldi has 2200w generators on sale at the moment for $299 - that's very cheap.

My pleasure. I have actually made myself a little book of recipes I use in the van. Some are mine but most are from the forum. It's simply photocopied pages with a cover and bound, but it is very useful. Easier to travel with than all my files.

Camping again this year in France and took the TM of course.  Used everyday. made our own crepes, pizza dough, bread, steamed veg, sauces, marinades for the bbq. Even made some red currant jam as there were loads growing around all of the pitches!
