Cranberry Ginger Scones from Super Kitchen Machine

Just got and email from Helene with her new posting of this interesting  colourful scone recipe .  Be nice Christmas fare.

I'm sure she won't Gert.  I also thought they looked nice and she mentioned that they aren't very sweet which is a bonus.

I guess we would have to use dried cranberries? Years ago you could buy frozen cranberries but I haven't seen them for a long time.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I have seen frozen cranberries in either Coles or Woolies.cookie.

The other place I have always seen them is the food hall at David Jones when I lived in Sydney.
